Today I would like to share with you a fun Balloon Pop Up
Card. I made this card using the same technique I used to make the Heart Pop up
Card and the Starts Pop up card. As you can see, you can make a lot of
different cards using this technique.

For this card I used the "Celebrate Today" Stamp Set #137138 and coordinating framelits.
